This Privacy Policy describes how RateSmith, a product of Workforce Performance, LLC ("RateSmith," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information in connection with your use of ratesmith.com (the "Site"). This policy applies solely to the ratesmith.com marketing website. It does not govern any data collected through RateSmith product engagements, which are covered by separate agreements.
